My companion on my travels.

I was invited for a day London by plane.

But when we were through all the steps to get our boarding passes

it turned out they overbooked the plane and we were kicked from the list.

We were transferred to a flight that allowed us three hours between

arrival and departure at Stansted the next day.

So it would be impossible to meet our friends.

Panic!

Then I got the idea to go by Flixbus,

so we arranged that.

Threw a few things to eat and drink in a bag and left.

Had a great time with David and his colleague.

Who was born in the dreamspot I want to live.

We contacted the people who had come to London

to celebrate my birthday.

Found Paul and went for a drink,

after visiting the National Museum.

Then picked up Stef and went to another place.

With old paintings on the wall.

I loved the one of Edith Cavell.

Special visit to a special shop for a special lady.
